I was looking for a product that would safely take care of all the small spiders (and thus their webs) that are on my back deck. I live on a large pond and wanted something that would not be toxic to the ducks and other wildlife. I also wanted it to be safe around pets and the kids. My wife and I purchased a new mattress for one of our kids and got exposed to bed bugs. We had never had them before and did not know how pesky they were. We did not want to fill our house full of pesticides, and we had read that they were not 100% effective, so we did not want to go that route. I bought a spray online but it was watered down. We tried several other things including essential oils, but nothing was working. We happened to see the Bed Bug Store on a billboard and thought we would check it out. They were very informative and gave us insight on how to attack our problem so we bought a gallon jug. My wife and I now felt like investigators as we began to hunt these things down and find there homes. The owner of the store followed up with me to see how our attack was going. He continued to give us insight and hope with what felt like a nightmare with these bugs. It took time and much follow up as these bugs lay eggs and can hatch after we had sprayed. After several applications I am happy to say that we are BED BUG FREE. Our family was also not harmed with bad chemicals during this process either. I would recommend them a million times over. Their product works. The big piece that I would recommend to anyone fighting this is to keep attacking them. You will not get it resolved by spraying one time because you may not be getting all of their hiding spots. Be patient and thorough and you will get through. Also be open to instruction from the guys at the store.
